My journey into the world of football conditioning started unexpectedly. I spent many years working in Corporate America, where the thought of conditioning footballs never crossed my mind, even though I played in high school. Back then, it was all about playing the game, not about what went into preparing the equipment.
Everything changed when my young son decided he wanted to be a quarterback. As any dedicated parent would, I began researching the best tools and techniques to help him succeed. That’s when I learned that the best-performing footballs are made of genuine leather and, more importantly, that the way these footballs are conditioned can significantly impact their performance on the field.
This discovery led me down a path I never expected. I started experimenting with different methods to condition and break in leather footballs. To my surprise, I found that I had a knack for it.
